Installing the mobile app

No app store — install straight from the browser.

Open app.singcommand.com on your phone, sign in, and install:

iPhone/iPad: Share button → Add to Home Screen.
Android: the browser offers Install app (or ⋮ → Add to home screen).

It opens like a native app, straight into your portal. Updates arrive automatically — when a new version is ready you'll see a small "Refresh" prompt.

Push notifications for event reminders and announcements are opt-in from Portal → Your details on each device. On iPhone, install to the home screen first — Apple requires it for push.

Offline works throughout: save music for offline practice, and the kiosk and seating charts keep working at venues with no signal.
