The full tour

Every job a choir has, in one product

All of it is included in the flat subscription. Modules your choir doesn't need switch off — the product shrinks to fit.

People

The roster is the spine of everything else.

  • Roster & CSV import

Import the spreadsheet you already keep, sections and all. Members exist without accounts — invitations to the portal come later, at your pace.

  • One-link onboarding

Publish a short sing.gs link — on a slide, in the newsletter, as a QR at the folder table — and members sign themselves up straight into your choir. Per-section links, expiry, and revoke included.

  • Member 360

One page per singer: profile, attendance history, dues standing, music assignments, ensembles, measurements for attire, and directors' private notes.

  • Guest pipeline

A public join form feeds an inquiry list. Guests checked in at rehearsal become prospects; prospects convert to members with one action.

  • Placement charts

Drag-and-drop riser and stage charts with auto-arrange from height and voicing — including divisi. Attach several formations to one concert; each singer sees exactly where they stand, and between whom.

  • Attire measurements

Configure what your choir measures — chest, robe length, t-shirt size with fixed options for clean data. Members keep their own current from the portal.

Rehearsals & attendance

Built for a phone, on a riser, in a hurry — and for the venue with no wifi.

  • Kiosk check-in

A tablet at the door: members scan their badge or tap their name. Works fully offline and syncs when the signal returns; guests and auditioners check in too.

  • Self check-in & tap list

The night's roster as a one-tap list for a volunteer, or let members check themselves in from their own phones.

  • Absence workflow

Members flag absences ahead; directors see who's out before deciding the evening's run sheet.

  • Seasons & semesters

Membership and dues run on the year; rehearsals, repertoire, and attendance can run on fall/spring semesters inside it. Both time scales, one product.

  • Thresholds & standing

Attendance requirements with live standing, so qualification conversations happen early, not at dress rehearsal.

  • Calendar feeds & reminders

Members subscribe once and every rehearsal lands in the calendar app they already use — with event reminders by email and push notification.

Music

The library, the practice tools, and the physical paper.

  • Music library

Titles with scores and audio for every section — singers default to their own part but can drill against any other. Bulk uploads read the part and track type straight from your file names.

  • Practice workspace

Score and audio side by side: pitch-preserving speed control, A/B looping, per-track volume memory, real facing-page rendering.

  • Practice anywhere — even offline

Save a piece to your phone and the score renders, the audio plays, and the loop still loops in a church basement with no signal.

  • Tablet sheet-music apps

One tap sends a score to forScore on iPad; clean, well-named PDF downloads and whole-piece zip bundles feed MobileSheets and friends.

  • Copies & folders

Physical-copy tracking that matches how your library really works: folder packets, individually numbered copies, or none. Lost and damaged copies have a lifecycle.

  • Setlists & programs

Build a concert order and print it as a clean PDF for the folder and the front of house — plus a printable roster for the binder.

Money

Integer cents, real statements, and money that goes to YOUR account.

  • Dues

Plans by season, assignment per member or by the section-full, online payment through your choir's own Stripe account, and reconciliation against the bank.

  • First-year pricing

A first-year discount policy that applies itself: new members get the percentage you set, shown as a scholarship on their record, and roll to full dues next season automatically.

  • Donors & campaigns

Donor records, campaign progress, and year-end receipts generated as PDFs.

  • Ticketing & promotions

Ticket types with sales windows — early-bird pricing that starts and stops itself, online sales that close the day before — plus buy-one-get-one pairs, holds, comps, and QR door scanning from any phone.

Governance & communication

The institutional memory that survives officer turnover.

  • Elections & awards

Anonymous ballots for contested seats; award history that doesn't live in one past-president's inbox.

  • Board & staff records

Who holds which seat, since when — with terms and history.

  • File library

Handbooks, board minutes, marketing assets — organized in folders with member, admin, or public visibility.

  • Messaging

Announcements and scheduled campaigns to exactly the right slice of the roster — delivered by email and push notification, with suppression handled properly.

  • Reports

Attendance, dues, and roster reports that answer board questions without a volunteer building spreadsheets at midnight.

Public presence

Your choir's face on the internet, owned by your choir.

  • Designed themes

Four real designs — typography, layout, and architecture, not just color swatches — with your colors and logo on top. Every choir looks like itself.

  • Site editor & media library

Block-based pages for concerts, auditions, and about — plus a central photo library and albums, public or members-only. A working site is set up the day you sign up.

  • Your own domain

Point your choir's domain at your site with one DNS record; certificates are handled for you.

  • Public events & tickets

Performances publish to your site with ticket sales built in — no third-party ticketing fees on top of card processing.

The mobile app

Install it from the browser — no app store, nothing to update.

  • Installable on any phone

Add SingCommand to a home screen on iPhone or Android and it opens like a native app, straight into the portal.

  • Offline by design

Venues have notoriously bad wifi. Saved music practices offline, the kiosk keeps checking people in, and directors can read seating charts with zero signal.

  • Push notifications

Event reminders and announcements arrive as notifications on the phones of members who opt in — alongside email, never instead of it.

  • Director mode

Seating charts and per-singer voice notes on a tablet at rehearsal — readable offline, editable the moment you're back online.
