Onboarding members with an invite link

Under Members → Invite links, create a link with a short code. The public URL looks like sing.gs/yourcode — put it on a rehearsal slide, in the newsletter, or print the QR code the page gives you.

A member who opens it creates an account (or signs in), confirms their name, and lands in your choir. You choose per link whether arrivals are active immediately or prospective until a director approves them, and you can preset a section for per-section links, cap uses, set an expiry, or revoke a link at any time.

For inviting one specific person to claim an existing roster row, use the per-member invitation on the Invites tab instead — it links their new account to the row you already have.
