Check-in: kiosk, tap list, and self check-in

Kiosk — on an event's check-in page, tap Launch kiosk and scan the QR with a tablet at the door. Members scan their badge or find their name; arrivals after your grace period are marked late automatically. The kiosk keeps working with no signal and syncs when it returns. Guests and auditioners check in there too, landing in your prospect pipeline. Revoke the kiosk link any time.

Tap list — the same check-in page is a one-tap roster for a volunteer with a phone.

Self check-in — enable the module and members get a "Check in now" button on their own schedule, open from an hour before the event.

Attendance thresholds and standing live on the season (or semester), and members ask to be excused from their portal — you decide, they see the answer.
